I know it doesn’t feel like Summer due to all of the rain and cool temps, but it is almost the end of June and by now students have been on Summer break for almost a month!  If your Court Order directs you and the other parent to follow the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, then you are to divide the school break equally (50/50).  If you have any questions about parenting time over the school break, please email me at mroth@dhrglaw.com.
